Comprehensive Processing

When enabled, every processed post will receive ingredients, capsule, manifesto, badge data, and metadata in one pass.

Automatic Processing

Comprehensive Processing

Performance

Logging

Higher levels include all levels below them. Most sites should stay on error; bump to info or debug only while investigating issues.

Connection

Verify the AIOX Processor plugin is installed and reachable on the selected site.

Maintenance

Maintenance actions are proxied to the connected site's AIOX Processor plugin. AutoFix re-creates missing directories, re-runs the DB schema check, and rebuilds the manifest.

Log Viewer

Pick a site, then click Refresh to load logs.

⚠️ Danger Zone

Total Reset wipes every AIOX trace from the selected site: capsules, ingredients, post-meta markers, badge data, .well-known files, robots.txt rules, and logs. It also clears the server's replicated status rows for that site. This cannot be undone.

Badge Design

Customize the floating "AI-Optimised" badge that appears on the front-end of every processed post. Changes are pushed to all connected sites the moment you click Save.

Display

Colors

Trigger Button Labels

Shown on the collapsed badge before it's clicked.

Panel Labels (text inside the open badge)

Customize every visible text string inside the expanded badge panel. Useful for translations or rebranding. Leave a field blank to hide that piece entirely (icon or label).

Section Headers

Sections to Show (toggle each section)

Hide sections you don't want visitors to see. A section also stays hidden if the post hasn't produced that data β€” these toggles only let you hide sections that exist.

Live Preview

A scaled approximation of how the badge will appear on the customer site. Click it to toggle the panel.

AI License & Monetization

Pick how AI systems may use, train on, and monetize the content on your connected sites. Choices propagate to the aio.json manifest, the tdmrep.json policy file, every per-post posts/{id}.json, and the robots.txt AI-bot block β€” pushed to every connected site the moment you save.

⚠️ AI Contact Email Action recommended

This email is published in your .well-known/aio.json file, which is publicly accessible to anyone β€” including AI crawlers, scrapers, and search engines. Use a business address, not a personal one.

Empty β€” AIOX will publish a fallback URL (https://demo.aioxsuite.com/contact) instead of an email. Recommended: enter a real address you can monitor.

License Type

What can AI systems do with your content?

Monetization Model

How should AI systems pay for access?

Enforcement Mode

How strictly should AI systems follow your preferences?

Advanced

TDM-REP Overrides (advanced)

Force-set the policy.training and policy.citation flags in tdmrep.json, overriding what the license preset would otherwise emit. Leave both off to fall back to preset behaviour.

Monetization Fine-Tuning (advanced)

Granular flags that get serialised into aio.json.monetization. The preset above sets sensible defaults; flip these to override specific aspects without changing the whole preset.

Where these settings show up

  • /.well-known/aio.jsonlicensing, monetization, enforcement sections + the terms block.
  • /.well-known/tdmrep.jsonpolicy (training/citation), rules, attribution, monetization.
  • /.well-known/posts/{id}.json — per-post licensing + monetization + enforcement mirror (inherited from site).
  • robots.txt — AI training bots get Allow: / or Disallow: / based on the license preset's training_allowed flag.
  • The embedded badge JSON-LD on the front end inherits these via the per-post manifest.
Robots.txt Manager

Inject AIOX directives (AI crawler whitelist, manifest references, TDM-REP hints) into the connected site's robots.txt. Edits to WordPress's virtual robots.txt happen automatically; the buttons below manage a real /robots.txt file when one exists.

Actions

If you don't have a physical /robots.txt, WordPress serves a virtual one β€” we hook into that automatically, so you usually don't need the buttons above. Use them when an existing robots.txt blocks the virtual hook.
