🔐 Your data
When you signed up, you agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These permit AIOX to use anonymised data derived from your usage — including prompts, AI outputs, and metadata — to operate the Services and train proprietary AI models. We never sell personal information to third parties.
Delete account and all data
You can permanently delete your AIOX account at any time. This removes every training-tier sample associated with you, anonymises billing records, and ends your subscription. This is the way to exercise your right of erasure under GDPR Article 17, the CCPA right to delete, and equivalent state-law rights. It is irreversible.

What to Log (Performance Settings)
💡 Performance tip:
Logging ONLY AI crawlers reduces DB usage by 95%+ while still tracking what matters for AI visibility. Recommended for most sites. Enable "Human Visits" if you also want regular traffic in the dashboard.
Settings are pushed to all your connected sites automatically — they take effect on the next request after sync.
Automatic Cleanup
What happens:
- Save Retention stores your choice. A daily cleanup task runs in the background and deletes analytics, badge views, and well-known hits older than the window you picked. Setting Forever disables the cleanup task entirely.
- Run Cleanup Now performs that same deletion immediately for your account on the server, without waiting for the daily run. Useful right after lowering the window from 90 → 30 days, for example, to free up space at once. Setting Forever makes this button a no-op.

Maintenance
Maintenance actions are proxied to the connected site's AIOX Processor plugin. AutoFix re-creates missing directories, re-runs the DB schema check, and rebuilds the manifest.

⚠️ Danger Zone
