Auto Pilot
Hands-off mode. AIOX runs Sentinel analysis daily, auto-approves high-confidence rules, cleans the archive, and emails you a digest. You do nothing except read the report.
⚠️ Auto Pilot requires logging Unidentified traffic — that's how Sentinel discovers new bot patterns. While Auto Pilot is on, the Unidentified checkbox is force-enabled on every connected site and cannot be turned off in Settings → What to Log. Unidentified has Very High DB impact (largest single bucket on most sites). If your host enforces tight DB quotas, plan for the extra row count or disable Auto Pilot.

Visitors the Bot Manager wasn't sure about (tagged human or unidentified) that match suspicious heuristic patterns. Already-classified bots are excluded — they're handled in real time. For each row, you can review the cross-reference badges (already banned / matched rule / etc.) and click Propose as rule to push a UA_REGEX into the Sentinel suggestions queue for approval.

What to Log (Performance Settings)
💡 Performance tip:
Logging ONLY AI crawlers reduces DB usage by 95%+ while still tracking what matters for AI visibility. Recommended for most sites. Enable "Human Visits" if you also want regular traffic in the dashboard.
Settings are pushed to all your connected sites automatically — they take effect on the next request after sync.
Automatic Cleanup
What happens:
- Save Retention stores your choice. A daily cleanup task runs in the background and deletes analytics, badge views, and well-known hits older than the window you picked. Setting Forever disables the cleanup task entirely.
- Run Cleanup Now performs that same deletion immediately for your account on the server, without waiting for the daily run. Useful right after lowering the window from 90 → 30 days, for example, to free up space at once. Setting Forever makes this button a no-op.
